No. User-selected game files are read locally by the host’s browser. Free Play Bay does not provide copyrighted commercial ROMs.
Online play can have some delay depending on both devices and their internet connections. Stable Wi-Fi and newer devices usually provide the smoothest experience.
Hosts can use password-protected rooms when they want to invite specific friends instead of listing an open public session.
Use legally authorized files only. Free Play Bay supplies self-hosted emulator software and approved homebrew where available. Players are responsible for ensuring they are authorized to use any local game file they select.
